Deliver, fee and access

 

We transport the cabin to your property, placing it on your Desired site, and removing it when you no longer need it. The delivery fee is an all-inclusive charge that may vary depending on location. If we cannot get the cabin on to your site we can arrange for a Hiab (truck crane) to lift the cabin into place, this adds to the delivery fee.

Is a permit required?

No, not needed as cabins are under 10m2

Are the Cabins Insulated?

Yes, walls , ceilings and floor are up to residential standard.

What kind of Flooring?

Solution Dyed Nylon Carpet.

Is there a minimum hire period?

Yes, minimum 6 months.

Does CabinsR'us insure the cabin while rented?

No

Is a step required to enter the cabin?

Cabin is low so a step isn’t required

What kind of electrical?

Every Cabin comes with a 15 metre certified caravan lead with a RCD safety switch which plugs into any 3 pin socket.

Are the Windows and Doors Double glazed?

Yes they are.

Are the Cabins furnished?

No furnishings but we supply curtains and curtain tracks.

Do you do credit checks?

Yes.

Is a bond required?

Bond required  is $400

Do I get my bond back?

We do a final check – as long as there is no rent due and there is no damage to the cabin bond will be given back

Is there any Maintenance?

No.

Is there any fee for collection?

No, included in the original delivery fee at the beginning of the hire.

What happens when we are finished with the cabin and need to return it?

You need to give us two weeks written notice as long as rental period has finished and all rent paid up then we will then collect the cabin.
